School of Humanities and Human Services - Change Management

This website has been designed to provide staff with information on the change management process within the School of Humanities and Human Services. 

In proposing and implementing this change process the University has involved all staff directly affected by the change. The University consulted with affected staff, and where they requested, a staff representative, on various aspects of the change including the development of the change process and a timetable for change.

The University has a Change Management Policy which is available for your information.

The University's enterprise bargaining agreements, particularly clauses 10 and 11 for academic staff and clause 11 for professional staff are also available for your information.
